Qualifications

• Experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Ability to read and write to facilitate communication and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Anticipates and responds to customer needs.
• Performs hard floor care procedures including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care such as shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Operates industrial floor care equipment as assigned and on schedule for large floor areas.
• Performs maintenance and restoration of all floor surface types.
• Processes municipal solid waste, infectious waste, and pharmaceutical waste according to regulations.
• Removes trash, recyclables, soiled linens, used supplies, and cleans/disinfects receptacles and carts.
• Follows Aramark safety, sanitation, and infection control standards and uses PPE as required.
• Adheres to uniform and PPE requirements.
