Job summary

Forefront is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe, and pleasant floors in a healthcare setting. The role includes stripping, waxing, buffing, and routine maintenance, with responsibilities to support housekeeping and assist Supervisors and Managers to uphold standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, with full-time benefits. Eligible employees receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and paid time off as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Experience with floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and routine maintenance.
• Ability to follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Comfort operating floor care equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily floor care (sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, polishing).
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment.
• Follow safety and health protocols; report hazards or needs to Supervisor.
• Support housekeeping and other EVS staff as needed.
