Job summary

Lexington Health Care Center is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain a clean, sanitary environment throughout a 100-bed facility in Lexington. You will strip, scrub, refinish, and buff tiled floors, vacuum carpets, and work closely with patients, families, and staff in a collaborative setting.

Previous floor care experience is preferred, along with knowledge of chemicals and proper maintenance of floor care equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience is preferred, as well as knowledge of chemicals, cleaners, application practices and maintenance of floor care equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment across the center.
• Strip, scrub, refinishes, and buff floors; vacuum and spot-clean carpets.
• Work effectively with patients, families, and staff in a team environment.
