Bellway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Selma, AL, is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain clean, safe floors across the facility. You will strip, wax, buff, and polish floors and operate floor care equipment to keep hallways and resident spaces polished.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently and on schedule. Prior healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred, and reliability is essential.

Formación

• Prior floor tech or housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare.
• Experience with commercial floor care equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule.
• Reliable with consistent attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and scrubbers
• Clean and maintain hallways, common areas, and resident spaces
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Ensure floors are safe, clean, and presentable at all times
• Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed
