Kettering Health Network in Ohio is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support the financial health and reliability of the organization. You will prepare, analyze, and communicate financial data to inform decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and provide insights to improve resource utilization and cost effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned in alignment with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, decision support, budgeting, accounting, or a related analytical role.
