Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in Healthcare.
- Strong skills in modeling, forecasting and budgeting.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive or similar software.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports; identify trends and risks.
- Lead annual budgeting; coordinate with departments and present budgets.
- Forecast revenues and expenses to inform planning.
- Analyze operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
