Qualifications

• 2–7 years in IT environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience leading small projects.
• Basic knowledge of development, testing, programming, databases, and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support IT projects with up to 120 hours of effort.
• Contribute to design of application solutions aligned to IS strategy.
• Collect, document, analyze, verify, and test system solutions.
• Communicate progress to senior development team members.
• Balance ~80% analysis/design/development/support and ~20% project assistance.
• Participate in technical requirements and design sessions.
• Continuously build knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
