Responsibilities

Oversee three managers and a multidisciplinary team including finance and payroll.
Direct the development and execution of annual operating and capital budgets totaling $500M+.
Lead system-wide performance improvement and cost containment strategies.
Serve as lead financial liaison to department directors and the executive team.
Manage financial reporting, monthly close, audit preparation, and regulatory filings.
Administer and optimize payroll and decision support systems with real-time dashboards.
Coordinate capital planning with ROI tracking and long-range infrastructure goals.
Develop service line reporting and pro forma analyses for new programs or capital initiatives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and changing reimbursement structures.
Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to build financial acumen across the organization.
