Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Finance or Accounting.
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly upload of financial trial balances into IBM Planning Analytics.
• Analyze biweekly labor results in UKG to help hospitals staff efficiently.
• Build service line profitability models influencing executive decision-making.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve variances with accounting teams.
• Complete annual government surveys maintaining PHI security standards.
