Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Paris, TX seeks a seasoned Controller to lead the financial functions of our healthcare organization, ensuring strategic and operational excellence and alignment with regulatory requirements.

The role oversees budgeting, auditing, reporting, staffing processes, and audits, with a focus on integrity and quality patient care. In-person presence required; travel is not required and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial goals, strategies, and standards that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Direct and evaluate financial operations, including budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting, to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Oversee staffing processes such as recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
