Twin Cities Pain Clinic in Edina, MN seeks a Healthcare Finance and Analytics Specialist to partner with the CFO and drive financial, operational, and reimbursement analytics.

The role focuses on payer contract strategy, reimbursement analysis, contract renewals, and negotiation support, delivering insights on profitability, growth opportunities, service line performance, and market trends. This is an in-office, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare finance/analytics preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare finance, analytics, reimbursement, or contracting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL or equivalent.
• Experience analyzing large operational and financial data sets.
• Strong financial modeling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Analyze service line profitability across clinics, ASCs, and ancillary services.
• Perform payer mix, reimbursement, and margin analysis.
• Develop predictive models for patient volumes and financial performance.
• Create data-driven recommendations for executive leadership.
• Support mergers or consolidations and due diligence analyses.
