Job summary

Daniels Health seeks a Field Service Representative to service Intermountain health locations in Billings, MT. You will inspect and service products, maintain inventory, and provide first-line customer service to hospital staff. The role collaborates daily with drivers, operations, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Must pass a 5 panel urine drug screening.
• Willingness to undergo a 7 year background check.
• Experience in a warehouse labor-intensive role with repetitive lifting of 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service Daniels’ products at assigned hospital/medical center.
• Maintain inventory levels of container stock at location/department.
• Deliver first-line customer service to hospital staff and Daniels team.
• Coordinate with drivers, operations, sales, and support staff to service the location.
• Communicate issues to manager and escalate as needed.
