Qualifications

• Surface preparation, patching, and sanding.
• Interacts with patients/visitors to convey positive service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by removing wallpaper/paint, patch holes, sand surfaces.
• Paint interior/exterior surfaces with appropriate products.
• Apply wallpaper and finish surfaces.
• Cover floors and furnishings to prevent splatter; clean area after work.
• Mix paints and stains to achieve desired color/consistency.
• Refinish wood furniture; maintain tools and safety; report issues.
