Job summary

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters.
• Uses pressure washer as requested.
• Uses electrical tools and equipment when appropriate (voltmeter, drills, saws).
• Checks oxygen concentrator levels as requested.
• Maintains and replaces electrical outlets and light bulbs.
• Tests fire alarm systems and extinguishers as scheduled.
• Performs plumbing repairs and unclogs drains.
• Paints interior or exterior areas as needed.
• Maintains grounds and landscaping to keep property clean.
• Assists with major cleaning projects and routine maintenance tasks.
