Job summary

The role covers installation, diagnostics, repair, and relocation of HVAC equipment across multiple healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience with complex HVAC systems and EMCS/DDC controls, knowledge of NFPA 99, ASHRAE, OSHA standards, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in similar HVAC roles.
• Experience with complex HVAC systems and healthcare facilities preferred.
• Familiarity with NFPA 99, ASHRAE standards, and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems.
• Install, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and refrigeration components.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, pneumatic, and digital controls.
• Conduct seasonal start-up and shut-down of boilers and chillers.
• Maintain records in CMMS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call duties.
