Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees activities assigned to housekeeping partners.
• Inspects daily rounds to ensure duties are performed and procedures meet facility needs.
• Evaluates productivity and quality, determines training needs.
• Reports exposure to bodily fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals per policy.
• Ensures use of safety equipment and supplies by staff.
• Reviews plans of correction for housekeeping deficiencies noted during surveys.
• Maintains stock levels of housekeeping supplies.
• Participates in departmental budget planning and supplies.
• Must be able to perform all duties of housekeeping partners.
