Boca Recovery Center in Bloomington, IN is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment facility. You will perform cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control tasks across rooms, hallways, lounges, restrooms, and common areas to support client care and staff operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently within our regulatory and safety guidelines, with experience in healthcare cleaning and a strong teamwork

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping, custodial services, or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all facility areas including rooms, hallways, restrooms.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and spot-clean carpets and upholstery.
• Disinfect kitchens and surfaces; manage waste & biohazards.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
