Job summary

Westerville Post Acute seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will clean public areas, resident rooms, and restrooms, follow safety protocols, and operate cleaning equipment with attention to detail.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, timeliness, and excellent customer service to support our healthcare facility and its residents. Experience in healthcare cleaning is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails and surfaces to remove dust and debris.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility and operate cleaning equipment safely.
