Qualifications

• Must have experience using hand/power tools safely.
• Experience in building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering.
• Must have hospital setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks with supervision.
• Clean or replace air filters as part of preventive maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds and handle waste per safety rules.
• Inspect and test physical plant equipment and safety measures.
• Ensure tools and materials are kept in good condition and properly stored.
