Job summary

CommuniCare Health Services seeks a Full Time Director of Plant Maintenance for the Keyser Healthcare Center. You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with OSHA, OBRA, NFPA, EPA, JCAHO and state regulations to provide a safe, clean, homelike environment for residents.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance, supervising staff, handling contracts, and contributing to center operations within the CHS framework and fiscal objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years related maintenance experience and at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules and supervise maintenance team.
• Administer annual maintenance budget.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Oversee contracts for outsourced maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records of repairs and expenses for lifecycle planning.
