Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent with coursework in science, mathematics, shop and reading blueprint and equipment schematics.
- Minimum 3 years as a Facilities Engineer or equivalent, healthcare setting preferred.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record; ability to climb ladders and work at elevations.
Responsibilities
- Operates HVAC and related systems, maintaining climate control and water chemistries.
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, and documents data in CMMS.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and assist in inspections, testing records, and startup/commissioning.
