Collaboration with colleagues across the firm is essential to success. Candidates with a proven track record in Investor-Backed Healthcare and Life Sciences environments are especially encouraged to apply, as this role directly supports these markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s strongly preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in executive search, research capacity, or recruitment or industry related experience.
• Significant experience with computer systems, databases, email, etc.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening).

Responsibilities

• Develop potential candidates through active networking.
• Identify and network with multicultural leaders.
• Conduct preliminary phone screen evaluations of candidates.
• Communicate position profile to potential candidates.
• Assess a candidate’s skills against a client’s needs via telephone interview.
• Conduct reference checks on presented candidates.
• Collaborate with lead consultants and Research Delivery/Operations.
