Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
• Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role (preferred).
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit.
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.

• Plan and lead team management meetings; ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress; deliver and model Aramark standards for service.
• Build revenue and manage budget including cost controls for labor, supply, and inventory.
• Oversee financial statements relative to the department; deliver client and company financial targets.
• Adopt Aramark processes and systems; educate teams on key performance levers.
