Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
• Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily EVS operations and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Provide leadership to the EVS team and ensure health, safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met.
• Partner with site leadership to support operational goals and client expectations.
• Establish and maintain client rapport, communicate progress, and support new business and retention activities.
• Build revenue and manage budgets with labor, supply, and inventory controls; meet financial targets.
• Implement efficient operations and cost controls while promoting sustainability and productivity.
