Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites applications for an Environmental Services Department Manager role in a long-term care facility. You will supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across shifts.

Responsibilities include training, performance monitoring, coordinating with administration, and maintaining records. We seek a candidate with healthcare housekeeping experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to resident

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication with building occupants, administration, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and federal/state requirements.
• Lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with clients and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
