Heartland Care Center Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper/Laundry to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, dusting, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.

The role supports infection control efforts and requires the ability to work with flexible schedules and interruptions. The anticipated schedule is 16-32 hours per week with an every-other-weekend rotation.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge/Skills: ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and interruptions; prioritize daily workload; work independently; manage time effectively; perform repetitive tasks to set procedures; handle multiple duties without loss of efficiency.

Mansioni

• Maintain facilities in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
• Perform dusting, washing, disinfecting furniture and equipment; sweeping, mopping, waxing floors.
• Clean resident rooms, beds, and other assigned areas in a timely manner.
• Replenish linen and supplies; prepare work area for next shift.
• Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
