Aramark seeks an EVS Site District Manager for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania - Penn Medicine. You will provide vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units, focusing on growth, cost and productivity while leading people and delivering financial commitments.

You will oversee multiple accounts, manage revenue, margins and client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence across the district.

Formación

• 5–10 years of leadership with P&L responsibility in hospitality/retail/facilities/food & beverage.
• Broad knowledge of management practices, business judgement and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Able to read and implement contractual requirements across contracts.
• Strong communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading through change and turnaround initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades
