Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Housekeeper - Ambulatory Services for Bassett Health Center Schoharie, NY. The role supports disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities and requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule includes full-time or part-time, with some evenings at two locations, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly condition.
