Job summary

Agiliti is a nationwide medical equipment management company seeking a Customer Service Technician I in Ashland, Virginia. This full-time day shift role delivers and manages medical equipment to healthcare locations, while engaging customers and ensuring accurate documentation for billing and inventory.

You will load and transport equipment safely, educate customers on features, and complete required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience; hospital setting helpful.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
