Arcwood is seeking a Healthcare Environmental Technician to manage a Product Collection Program at customer sites. A personal vehicle is required; mileage is reimbursed as you travel between sites.

The role emphasizes safety, site inspections, data entry via a mobile app, and collaboration with clients to improve program efficiency. Candidates should have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and experience in customer service.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive between client sites.
• Experience in a customer service setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections as required
• Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficiencies
• Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
• Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections
• Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locations
• Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood
• Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hours
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Healthcare Environmental Technician As a Healthcare Environmental Technician you will be responsible for managing a Product Collection Program on a customer site as part of the recycling program. A personal vehicle will be required to provide transportation between customer sites, mileage is reimbursed.
