Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of technical experience in facilities related operations or similar multi-location businesses.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a diverse environment with focus on client services.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills (verbal, written).
• Proficiency with handheld technology and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a safety culture to prevent injuries.
• Supports leadership to identify market trends and new technologies.
• Assists with database development to manage facilities talent and programs.
• Performs maintenance, custodial, and grounds tasks while using the Facilities Program Audit.
• Reviews work orders, estimates material and labor for projects.
• Coordinates activities of staff to optimize resources.
• Maintains the CMMS across accounts and creates PMs.
• Inspects facilities to ensure quality management in maintenance operations.
• Ensures compliance with local and government safety regulations.
• Delivers training on facilities management functions.
• Keeps management informed of trends and regulations.
