Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including OSHA compliance.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms and related areas as per client requirements.
• Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it accordingly.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders.
• Maintains friendly, efficient customer service toward customers, clients, patients, and co-workers.
• Secures the facility and ensures building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
