Responsibilities

• Handles cleaning chemicals and disinfectants safely.
• Removes waste: linen, trash, sharps, recycling; transports to disposal.
• Maintains and reports equipment cleanliness; notifies maintenance of faults.
• Adheres to infection control guidelines and safety procedures.
• Attends in-service education and training including safety updates.
• Meets time schedules and deadlines consistently.
