Zusammenfassung

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks an Operations Manager to direct and oversee the support services operations. You will coordinate frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments, delivering the highest level of service.

Requires 4 years of related experience and at least 1 year in supervision, with strong communication, multitasking, and leadership. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient MS Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Conducts monthly reporting of goals and plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services such as Pest Control and Recycling.
