Healthcare Services Group, Inc. in New Albany, IN, is seeking an Environmental Services Department Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility.

The role focuses on operational leadership, staff development, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to contribute to resident and client experiences, with a pay rate of USD 42,000.00 – USD 48,000.00 per year.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and requirements.
• Lead light/heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Represent HCSG positively through interactions with supervisors, client staff, residents, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
