Job summary

Responsibilities

• One-on-one training and development of EVS staff.
• Supervise resources for the Environmental Services department and support staff reviews.
• Oversee the waste program, ensure proper packaging and disposal per regulations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and perform rounds on environmental hygiene.
• Conduct ES survey reports and documentation (audits, observations, ATP tests).
• Manage bed-tracking system and ensure EVS response times; report findings.
