The role focuses on governance, platform rationalization, and technology strategy aligned with Mass General Brigham principles.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in IT, healthcare experience, and a Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of related experience.
• Five+ years of professional IT experience in a healthcare setting.
• Three+ years leading Enterprise Architecture functions.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain multi-year roadmaps to operationalize infrastructure for new products, services, and platforms.
• Align technology strategy across business and technology leadership.
• Develop high- and mid-level designs outlining structure and components of solutions.
• Ensure components and systems work together seamlessly and securely.
• Manage relationships with technology partners and conduct periodic reviews.
• Support the Chief Enterprise Architect and other enterprise groups.
• Publish and communicate architecture blueprints across the organization.
• Educate the organization on enterprise architecture principles.
• Lead PoC portfolio and backlog, coordinating innovation activities.
