Job summary

Leap Group is seeking a Medical Quality Assurance Tester to ensure healthcare and medical device marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and thoroughly reviewed before client delivery.

You will review digital marketing deliverables across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media, social media, and other digital content, identifying compliance issues and ensuring alignment with product information and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical regulatory compliance, quality assurance, compliance testing, medical review, or related field within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Experience reviewing digital marketing, advertising, or promotional materials.
• Strong proofreading and QA skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review healthcare and medical device digital marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Conduct QA reviews across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media, social media, and other digital deliverables.
• Identify regulatory, compliance, medical accuracy, and quality concerns before client delivery.
• Review product claims, medical terminology, disclosures, references, DISCLAIMERS, and promotional messaging for accuracy.
• Ensure digital marketing materials align with approved product information, regulatory requirements, client guidelines, and brand standards.
• Flag unsupported, inaccurate, or non-compliant content and communicate recommended corrections.
• Review digital experiences for consistency across copy, creative, links, CTAs, disclosures, and supporting content.
• Collaborate with account, creative, copy, media, strategy, and PM teams to address issues before client delivery.
• Help strengthen internal QA processes, review checklists, and standards to reduce preventable errors.
