Job summary

enGen in the United States offers the Summer 2027 Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst Graduate Internship. You will gain hands-on experience supporting data management, data quality, and governance across a leading healthcare organization, working with datasets such as Prospects, Leads, Healthcare Practitioners, and Healthcare Organizations.

Under mentorship, you will profile and improve data quality using cloud-based platforms, collaborate with data governance and technology teams,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
Pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or Business Analytics.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders during assignments.
Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives.
Undertake and participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise.
Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternatives.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
