Job summary

UCI Health is seeking an analytics engineer to design, build, and maintain governed data models and analytics solutions using Epic-based data and other healthcare sources. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of analytics engineers, data engineers, data architects, and BI developers to deliver high-quality analytics products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or combination of education and equivalent work experience
5+ years working in healthcare analytics experience (EHR data)
5+ years of experience with SQL
3+ years of healthcare related analytics or reporting experience
3+ years of experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Crystal Reports, etc.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain governed data models and analytics solutions using Epic-based data and other healthcare sources
Collaborate with analytics engineers, data engineers, data architects, and BI developers to deliver high-quality analytics products
Treat data transformation as software engineering with version control, automated testing, and documentation

Education
