Job summary

MethodHub is seeking an experienced data labeling specialist to annotate and classify diverse datasets for ML/AI projects. You will follow project-specific guidelines and business rules to ensure high-quality data labeling across text, image, video, audio, and documents.

The role requires familiarity with labeling platforms such as Label Studio, CVAT, Prodigy, and SageMaker Ground Truth, as well as a basic understanding of AI/ML data preparation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in data labeling/annotation.
• Proficient in labeling, reviewing, and validating large datasets for ML/AI.
• Experience with text, image, video, audio, and document annotation.
• Familiarity with ML data preparation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data annotation and classification according to labeling guidelines and business rules.
• Prepare, label, review, and validate large ML datasets.
• Work with annotation tools and ML pipelines (Label Studio, CVAT, Prodigy, SageMaker Ground Truth).

Job description

Location: Tampa, FL (5 days onsite)

Duration: Long-term Contract

Description and Skills:

• 4-6 years of experience in data labeling/annotation.
• Perform detailed data annotation and classification activities based on project-specific labeling guidelines and business rules.
• Experience in preparing, labeling, reviewing, and validating large datasets used for machine learning and artificial intelligence applications.
• Experience with text, image, video, audio, and document annotation.
• Experience working with data annotation and machine learning pipeline management platforms and tools such as Label Studio, CVAT, Prodigy, Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth
• Basic understanding of AI/ML data preparation
• Health Insurance/Healthcare/payment domain knowledge is an advantage
