Vista Innovative Solutions, LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Performance Improvement Data Analyst (Advanced) to support advanced data analysis and performance improvement activities across healthcare, clinical, trauma, and operational data. This is a full-time, hybrid role under the JTS Enterprise Support contract.

The ideal candidate will perform statistical analysis, develop and validate metrics, and apply reproducible methods to drive performance improvements using diverse healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, health informatics, public health, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience, including at least 3 years working with healthcare, clinical, trauma, or operational data.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis, data visualization, metric development/validation, data cleaning, and reproducible analytical methods.
