Job summary

Talkspace is hiring a Data Analyst to join the Data Science team. You will translate data insights into actionable strategies and assist in the initial data warehouse setup. Expect engagement with product, provider networks and business stakeholders to drive decisions.

3-5 years in analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with Looker or Tableau are required. Remote-first role based on Eastern Hours with HQ in NYC.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of analytical experience, healthcare data a plus.
• BS/BA in statistics, math, economics, CS or equivalent.
• Strong SQL, Python and Excel/Sheets skills.
• Experience with Looker or Tableau is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Query databases, collect requirements and translate data into insights.
• Collaborate with product, finance and marketing to guide decisions.
• Build and maintain scalable data models and data pipelines.
