Job summary

Curant Health in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Data Analyst II – Curant Rare to join its team. This role focuses on managing reporting, data quality, and operational analytics to support Curant Rare programs, including developing Power BI dashboards and KPI monitoring.

You will translate complex patient and operational data into insights, collaborate with internal teams and manufacturers, and help drive reporting improvements, data validation, and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, healthcare operations, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup, reporting).
• Intermediate Power BI proficiency (dashboard development, visual design, navigation, filters, publishing, UAT).
• Experience applying UI/UX principles to dashboards and data files for clear, consistent reporting.
• Strong understanding of structured data, reporting processes, data validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Ability to document business requirements and collaborate with technical teams on improvements.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, validate, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Ensure consistent design and user experience across reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and support user acceptance testing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports including scorecards and trend analyses.
• Establish data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Investigate data discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze patient journeys, referrals, and operational workflows to identify trends and gaps.
• Monitor program performance metrics like enrollment, therapy initiation, adherence, and service levels.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
• Suggest reporting enhancements, workflow improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Prepare validated data and executive presentations for QBRs.
