• Communicates stock needs to supervisor and assists with food purchasing.
• Works on catering functions as needed and coordinates with staff.
• Follows production sheets and plans production; assigns staff for catering.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and monitors food temperatures to HACCP standards.
