Job summary

Sarnova is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to shape the future of a market-leading healthcare organization serving providers, emergency medical professionals, and first responders nationwide.

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, the COO will translate strategy into execution across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and customer operations while balancing growth, profitability, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Track record of executive leadership within complex and growth-oriented organizations.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and customer-facing functions.
• Strong business and financial acumen with responsibility for large-scale operational performance.
• Experience supporting acquisition integration and organizational scaling.
