Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Public Administration, Procurement, Legal Studies, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of procurement, contract administration, or legal support experience in regulated environments.
• Experience reviewing, interpreting, and administering contracts and procurement documents.
• Working knowledge of procurement practices, contract administration, laws and policies.
• Ability to analyze terms, identify compliance concerns, and communicate requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage State procurement processes to establish contracts.
• Provide legal review of transactions to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Review affiliation and managed care agreements for compliance and approvals.
• Develop agreements and calculate pricing terms, warranties, and servicing requirements.
• Coordinate requisitions and purchase orders with departments and vendors.
• Monitor orders and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while protecting university interests.
