Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in healthcare document drafting.
• 1–2 years contract drafting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Contract function under general supervision.
• Assists with negotiating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with other parties to enhance CVS Health's competitive advantage.
• Collects documents requested by government departments for audits and government reviews.
• Performs contract certification for consultants and health litigation lawyers.
• Handles contracts to support subrogation efforts in dollar recovery and certifies subrogation language for consultants.
• Communicates with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Builds relationships with team members to ensure daily communication and timely issue resolution.
• Observes contract team performance and training to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
• Ensures high level of customer service, responding promptly and following established claims protocols when interacting with internal partners.
