Job summary

BD is seeking a Contract Administration Supervisor to oversee application, credentialing, and health plan filing activities, ensuring timely responses and compliance with Medicare and state requirements. The position requires strong supervision experience, solid knowledge of CAQH/PECOS, and proficient use of MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as listed: high school diploma or GED; preferred degree in business/healthcare administration.
• Experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, payer contracting, or revenue cycle management.
• Supervisory or team lead experience with workload direction and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage application, credentialing and health plan filing processes.
• Provide guidance for payor escalations and interactions with payors.
• Maintain records of provider information and safeguard confidential data.
• Review payer contracts and prepare worksheets and reimbursement analyses.
• Maintain databases of contractual requirements and payer participation; distribute relevant updates.
