Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Contract function under general supervision.
• Assists with negotiating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with other parties to enhance competitive advantage.
• Collects documents requested by government departments for government audits.
• Performs contract certification for consultants and health litigation lawyers.
• Handles contracts to support subrogation efforts in dollar recovery and certifies subrogation language.
• Communicates with internal and external business partners to ensure cross-functional alignment with company goals.
• Develops relationships with team members to resolve issues and prevent delays in service.
• Observes contract team performance to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
• Ensures high level of customer service, responding promptly and following claims protocols with internal partners.
